Our experience enables us to offer effective and individualised psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide targeted treatment options for adolescents to adults.
Our focus is to help individuals using an assortment of evidence-based treatments to help people improve their lives. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customising a treatment plan inline with your strengths and values. The psychologist will work with the individual to identify the best approach to address the person’s problems, whilst considering the patient’s characteristics and preferences to achieve the best outcomes.
